Stunner AF adds fluorescence detection to plate-based, high-throughput rotating angle dynamic light scattering (DLS) and UV/Vis absorbance measurements from 2 µL on up to 96 samples. Combine all three technologies to measure LNP size, encapsulation efficiency (EE%), and particle concentration data in one experiment. Pivot and pair up UV/Vis and DLS to quantify and size proteins, ADCs, peptides - just like Stunner.
• Size & polydispersity: See whether your LNP's diameter is what you expect and how uniform it is - critical for screening, formulation, and QC.
• Encapsulation efficiency: Combine free RNA quantification from fluorescence and total RNA quantification from UV/Vis to make EE% characterization extra easy, detergent-free, and ready for high-throughput.
• Particle concentration: Sum up the total number of LNPs present in your samples to compare LNP production from one condition or batch to any other.

If you see aggregation rearing its ugly head, make the switch to mass distribution to see how bad it might be. Beef up your sizing stats and never get fooled by rogue aggregates again.
