Stunner AF adds fluorescence detection to plate-based, high-throughput rotating angle dynamic light scattering (DLS) and UV/Vis absorbance measurements from 2 µL on up to 96 samples. Combine all three technologies to measure LNP size, encapsulation efficiency (EE%), and particle concentration data in one experiment. Pivot and pair up UV/Vis and DLS to quantify and size proteins, ADCs, peptides - just like Stunner. 

Size & polydispersity: See whether your LNP's diameter is what you expect and how uniform it is - critical for screening, formulation, and QC.​

Encapsulation efficiency: Combine free RNA quantification from fluorescence and total RNA quantification from UV/Vis to make EE% characterization extra easy, detergent-free, and ready for high-throughput.
